"Maybe it’s just me, but the return process..."
Maybe it’s just me, but the return process felt like way more hassle than it needed to be. I ordered the wrong part and tried to send it back, but there was a lot of waiting around for replies and I ended up having to chase things myself. It did get sorted eventually, so fair enough, but it wasn’t a great experience. I’d probably only order again if I was completely sure I had the right part

"I was hoping to pick up a few..."
I was hoping to pick up a few parts for my older VW, but the selection was disappointing. There were loads of items listed, but once I clicked through, a lot of them were either unavailable or not actually the right fit for my car, so it felt like I was just going in circles.
I also tried reaching out for help, but it turned into that annoying support loop where you get passed around or sent back to the same basic info without a clear answer. Maybe the site works better for newer or more common models, but for me it was limited, time-consuming, and frustrating.

"Wrong part sent, not really worth the hassle"
I ordered a specific part number but ended up receiving a different item. It was frustrating having to sort it out, and it held up the job longer than it should have. For something that should’ve been straightforward, it felt like more hassle than it was worth.

I’m always a bit cautious about ordering internationally because I don’t want to get hit with unexpected duties or customs charges. Thankfully, everything was handled fine and there were no surprise fees. Delivery actually came quicker than I expected too, so overall it was a smooth experience

"Good delivery, but the cost stings"
The parts arrived fine, so I can’t really complain about that side of things. I was relieved everything showed up without any issues. But once I looked at the prices and then added the postage on top, my mood changed quickly. It just felt a bit too expensive for what it was, and overall it didn’t feel like great value for me.

I ordered a couple of parts from the site and they did show up, so I’m assuming they’re trustworthy overall. The prices were fine, though not exactly the cheapest I’ve seen. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, and based on the lack of updates, it kind of felt like they weren’t in a huge rush to keep me in the loop. Nothing really went wrong, but I can’t say I was super impressed either. I’d probably use them again if I couldn’t find the part somewhere else.

"Exchange worked out, just a bit slow"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and had to swap it, which was on me. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, but after that it went a bit quiet and I ended up having to chase them to see what was going on. It kind of felt like my exchange was just sitting there until I gave them a nudge, though maybe that’s just how their process works. The new part did arrive in the end and fitted properly, so no major complaint there. Just wish the updates had been a bit better and the whole thing moved a little faster...

"Late Support, But It Got Fixed"
Support took ages to get back to me, which was frustrating. I kept waiting and waiting, and the slow replies got annoying. They did sort it out in the end, so that was good, but yeah, the response time was really not great.

"Damaged item and a frustrating experience"
Maybe it’s just me, but if something arrives damaged, I’d expect it to be sorted out quickly. I sent photos over straight away, but the replies were really slow and I never seemed to get a clear answer. In the end I felt like I was the one doing all the chasing for a problem that wasn’t even my fault. Disappointed with Heritage Parts Centre, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Not really worth the hassle"
I ordered a small trim piece, nothing fancy, and right out of the bag the plastic just felt kind of cheap. I was sitting at my kitchen table trying to line it up, with a screwdriver and a half-cold coffee next to me, and the fit still wasn’t right. I messed with it way longer than I should have and it still looks a little off. For what it cost, I expected better quality. I don’t think I’ll be buying parts from here again

They sent me the wrong part at first, which was a bit annoying, who wants to deal with that? But to be fair, they sorted it out quickly and got everything back on track.

I was expecting the shipping to be the part where the total suddenly jumped, because that’s usually how it goes. But it was actually reasonable, cheaper than I had guessed, and there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at the last second. Kind of a small thing, but it made the whole order feel way less annoying.

"Parts were fine, but something felt off"
The parts turned out okay in the end, but the whole process just felt a bit off. Communication wasn’t great, and I had to ask twice just to get updates. Even when they replied, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I felt like I was kind of guessing what was going on with my order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely made things more stressful than they needed to be.

I reached out with a question about whether a part would fit before I placed my order. To be fair, they did get back to me and the info they gave was actually helpful, but it took longer than I expected and I ended up having to follow up once. That part was a bit frustrating since I was trying to get the order sorted. Overall, not a bad experience, just not especially quick. I’d probably use them again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

I'm still waiting and it's getting really annoying. What makes it worse is that there's no actual person to speak with, so it just feels like I'm stuck with no updates and no human contact at all

I had a frustrating time using the site. Every time I tried to narrow things down, the filters kept resetting, so I had to keep starting over. On top of that, the website would say one thing in one spot and then something different later, which made the whole process confusing. Checkout also felt slow and clunky, like it took way more effort than it should have.

"Not enough product photos"
I wanted to buy it, but the pictures just weren’t helping. Too small. Not enough angles. I kept zooming in and still couldn’t really tell what I was looking at. Just made it hard to feel sure about what I’d actually be getting
